Membership Application Form

An Associate member is any party or corporation that does business with a FICAP Producer member.

A Producer member is an owner, officer, director, shareholder or designated employee of an independent non-vertically integrated,
American owned and operated Ready Mix Concrete Producer and/or a Concrete Block Producer with a fixed production facility
in the state of Florida. 

Any company that mines its own virgin, raw materials for the production of a finished good is a vertically integrated company.
