Gilberto “Tito” Gonzalez has a degree in Industrial Technology from Southeastern Louisiana University. His resume includes working in the Automotive Industry for 20 years including 10 years with 3M’s Automotive Aftermarket Division. Currently, he is employed with 3M’s Personal Safety Division global leader in safety products, as a Senior Account Representative for the Central Florida area. He has trained managers and workers for the last 15 years on safety with focus on respiratory protection and hearing protection.

On April 24th, he will discuss the Silica Standards, regulations, and step by step respiratory selection process focusing on OSHA's respiratory standards. He will be addressing the SIX necessary steps to be OSHA compliant:

2. Written Respiratory Program
3. Respirator Selection
4. Medical Evaluation
5. Fit Testing
6. Respirator Training
